Injection Molding
Polymeric housing is a single piece, directly injection molded over FRP rod using a new generation machine with microprocessor based controls. The housing is securely bonded to the FRP core throughout the length of the housing.
Crimping
Specialized crimping equipment with microprocessor based control is used to provide uniform and consistent product. Crimping is verified through an extensive QA tests.
Storage
Manufacturing facility at Hyderabad with built-up area of 80,000 sq.ft has an excellent storage capacity and sufficient stock level are always maintained to ensure immediate dispatches to our esteemed customers.
