Mr. P V Krishna Reddy has completed his graduation in Commerce from Osmania University in 1989. He is the Managing Director of Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Limited (MEIL), India’s fastest-growing and largest infrastructure developer. Since 1989, under his visionary stewardship, MEIL has evolved from a small fabrication unit into a beacon of innovation and sustainability, with a presence across critical infrastructure, energy, hydrocarbons, water, and defence. Mr. P V Krishna Reddy has over 35 years of rich experience in various industries including infrastructure sector with excellent leadership skills and plays vital role in all verticals of business.

Mr. P V Krishna Reddy is the Managing Director of Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Limited (MEIL) and MEIL Holdings Limited and Director on the Boards of Western U. P. Power Transmission Company Limited, MEIL Investments (India) Limited, Evey Trans Private Limited, Megha City Gas Distribution Private Limited, PVKR Infra Solutions Private Limited. He is also the Chairman of Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Western U. P. Power Transmission Company Limited.

Mr. Mahesh Babu Subramanian

Mr. Mahesh Babu Subramanian is a highly accomplished leader with a Postgraduate degree in Engineering from BITS, Pilani. He is a Fulbright Scholar and has completed the Leadership in Management program at the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh. Additionally, he is an alumnus of IMD, Switzerland, and Yale University, USA, having participated in the Executive Leadership programme and having over 30 years of extensive experience in the field of mobility sector.

Mr. Mahesh Babu Subramanian is a Director on the Board of Mahishtha Tech Private Limited. He holds the member of Audit Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Risk Management Committee of Olectra Greentech Limited.

Mr. Peketi Rajesh Reddy is a qualified Post – Graduate in Petro Chemicals and having over 24 years of experience in the field of business development, execution and management of various projects

Mrs. Chintalapudi Lakshmi Kumari

Mrs.Chintalapudi Lakshmi Kumari holds Bachelor of Law and having total experience of more than 33 years as an advocate before various courts and tribunals in Civil, Criminal Constitutional and Arbitration matters etc.

Chintalapudi Lakshmi Kumari holds the Chairmanship of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and member of Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of Olectra Greentech Limited.

Justice Mrs. Gyan Sudha Misra(Retd.)

Justice Mrs. Gyan Sudha Misra, Retd. Justice Supreme Court of lndia, served as a Judge of the Supreme Court of India. She served as the Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court, prior to which she has also served as a Judge of Patna High Court and Rajasthan High Court. Before joining the Judiciary, she practiced law for around 21 years in the Supreme Court of India specializing in civil, criminal & constitutional matters. She holds Graduate Degree in Law and Post Graduate Degree in Political Science from the Patna University.

Justice Gyan Sudha Misra (Retd), is a Director on the Board of Patanjali Foods Limited. She is a member of Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Olectra Greentech Limited; She is also member of Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Patanjali Foods Limited.

Mr. Subramaniamsundar Rajan Vangal

Mr. Subramaniamsundar Rajan Vangal is a Chartered Accountant and Legal Professional having enriched exposure in finance and legal aspects. He has been a practicing Chartered Accountant for past 30 years and have been dealing in various nuances in the field of Accounts, Auditing, Income Tax and other Indirect Taxes and Company Law Matters. He also holds a good knowledge in legal and regulatory requirements and is well versed with civil and criminal laws.

Mr. Pandu Ranga Vittal Elapavuluri

Mr. Pandu Ranga Vittal Elapavuluri is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience working with a diverse range of clients and industries. After qualifying, he spent eight years in managerial roles within the finance and accounts departments of publicly Listed Companies. Subsequently, he has started his practice and continuing it for the last 22 years. He holds an extensive experience (both industry and practice) in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, taxation (direct and indirect), and Company Law matters.

Pandu Ranga Vittal Elapavuluri is a Director on the Board of Lamtuf Limited.
